All orders are processed during weekdays from 9AM – 3PM. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to process your order.
Delivery times may vary but we are using Australia Post to ship the products. We will send the tracking details to your email once available.
Please ensure to put your correct shipping address as this will be the one that we’ll use to ship the items. Activewear Australia is under no obligation to replace an order should you not receive the item due to incorrect address.
Please contact us if you have any other concern about shipping and delivery.
Please contact us immediately should you deem the item/s you received is faulty. We may request you to provide photos so we can assess and determine the problem. Once we confirm that it is faulty, we will offer you a replacement or a refund.
Accuracy in fulfilling your orders is important to us. However should you receive an item that had the wrong size or style from what you have ordered, we may also offer you a replacement or a refund.
Please note that we do not accept item returns due to change of mind. Also we will not offer a refund, replacement or repair if at the time of purchase if you were made aware of the damage or defect in the item; or you have damaged, altered and misused the item in any way.
We may ask you to return the product by posting the item back initially at your costs. Once we complete the assessment and we find the product supplied is faulty or it was an issue from our side, we will also refund you the return postage costs. Return postage will not be refunded to you should we deem the issue was not caused by us.
Returns Terms and Conditions
1. Exchange or refund can be made if items are returned within reasonable period from the date of purchase and delivery with a proof of purchase. 2. For swimwear and underwear, hygienic seal must not have been removed, unworn and unwashed. 3. Item should not be damaged, altered or misused in any way and complete with tags and should still be in a re-sellable condition.
Please allow up to 20 business days for us to process the returns and exchange once we receive the item back. We will endeavour to ship a replacement item immediately once we complete the returns process.
